Default Suggestions Help!

Hey All,

New person here, well not totally new been reading enough of the posts to know there are some pretty knowledgeable people on this board.
Anyway just got my results back and wanted to see if you guys could help me out with the results:
Testosterone Free 173 Range 250 - 1100 ng/dl
Test Free 45.2 Range 46 - 224 ng/dl
Test Bioavailable 94.9 Range 110 - 575 ng/dl
SHBG 10 Range 8 - 48 nmol/L
ALbumin, serum 4.6 range 3.6 - 5.1 g/dl
FSH 1.8 Range 1.6 - 8.0
LH 3.4 range 1.5 - 9.3
Prolactin 4.6 range 2.0 - 18

I am 39 years old have done AAS when I was in my early 20's never felt right since I went off. About a year and a half ago was prescribed TRT I did it for about 2 months then was prescribed HCG. I never went back on TRT due to some personal reasons mainly lost my insurance when I changed jobs and androgel without insurance is close to $300 a month. Anyway I was feeling like crap plus has some pain in my testes so I went to urologist he did blood work and this is what came back. Originally he was going to prescribe Androgel again I said I was not sure if that was the course I wanted to take so he said then lets try clomid. Also about the same time
Anyway before I was put on TRT my Test levels were low 400's. On a side note prior to these tests my wife and I seperated and I lost my job. Plus due to these things I was only like sleeping 2 - 3 hours a night plus lost like 25 lbs in a month so I am sure these things greately skewed my test results. Went on the clomid for about month then got tested and it elevated my testosterone levels to 400 continued taking the clomid for another month then stopped due to it making me incredibly emotional. Any fo you guys have any thoughts in particular about my previous test reults (anythign jump out)? Also do you think I should pursue some sort of restart protocol? And finally and suggestons you could make of wher to go from here?

Thanks for any and all help

You might want to think about testosterone and hcg injections. I would guess that the AAS did some lasting changes to your system. Your testosterone is way low. Can you get thyroid and cortisol tests? Would give a more complete picture.

Thanks for your reply...

Well I wanted to wait to do any type of HCG or test until this whole stress situation passes want to see if it goes back to 400 on its own I actually didn't feel too bad at those levels to be honest. Just got the thyroid blood work done got a call from the Doc this week saying everything was fine. I dont have the actually results yet when I get them I will post

YOu need to look at multiply factors that go in to hormonal cascade starting with adrenals, thyroid then sex hormones, Many guys ending up shooting them selves in the foot because of not taking care of the scource of the problem making matters even worse. In many cases that we recieve from other dr's just giving testosterone was not the answer , but balancing other hormones was to resolve their underlying symptoms that TRT did not correct

This is what Dr O and I do get to root cause of the issue rather then using bandaid methods. PM me for details.
