Taking Nolvadex on TRT

I am 21 years old and on TRT at 150mg per week. I have run a steroid cycle before that consisted of just 500mg per week of test cyp for 12 weeks and then moved back down to my 150mg per week. While on the steroid cycle i used nolvadex at 10mg per day for gyno purposes. Now,even though i am on 150mg per week i am still using the 10mg per day, my nipples feel very puffy alot even with the nolva.

I have not told my docter about this because i didnt get the nolvadex through him. I have an appointment coming up and i want to bring it up to him. Is it ok that i have using the nolva like this on TRT? Should i ask to be put on arimadex? What effects will quit taking the nolva have? Thanks for the help!

Are your nipples itchy, sore, and puffy? I have puffy nipples all the time due to hard to get rid of fat behind the nipple. Are you sure you are having gyno symptoms are just stuborn fat?

Yeah, i am not to sure actually. Whenever i ran the testosterone at 500mg per week my nipples starting to get real puffy and i felt a small lump under my left nipple. Now i at 150mg per week and using 10mg of nolva i still feal something different about my left nipple and they are both much puffier than usual.But during the 12 weeks of elevated dosages i gained alot of muscle and a bit of fat, so it may just be fat from that.

If your doctor has you on trt, I see no reason why you cant mention puffy nipples to him. You don't have to say anything about the nolva though.
