Default testicle infection cause acne and effect penis develpment?

hi,i noticed strange skin looking lumps all over my penis kind of like skin colour when i was 14 its not an std because i never had sex with anyone but im 23 now and want to know if it could have affected my penis development since it didnt grow much also i still have acne which is strange at my age!

i didnt go to the doctor because im ashamed at the size of me penis but if i manage to go to see my gp what should i ask for? and do i need to see a microbiologist to see what type of infection it is? also i had a cat so could it be some type of cat infection?

oh yeah i was reading about testosterone receptor sites, could they have been damaged by some type of infection? is there any tests i can get done to see if there working normal or not?

one last question is there any online hormone tests i can get done to get my testosterone tested?

you need to go to an endocrinologist and have an assortment of blood tests done. total testosterone,Free testsoterone,SBHG,LH.FSH,DHT,estradiol, prolactin,c ortisol,TSH,and of course a lipid profile. when you say you did'nt develope,do you get erections? if so,is the size normal then? how big? not trying to be intrusive, just helpful.

thanks, yes it grown a bit but not like my body did i mean im about 6'3 so it should be alot bigger but it didnt grow til i was 16-17 and yes i always get a boner even when i was like 11 i got erections all the time i even started jerkin off early but i noticed the lumps like i said when i was 14 so its always been on my mind that it might have effected my dick development!

so should i ask to get tested for infection and receptor sites aswell?

thanks in advance for all the help.

The AR gene is responsible for making the Androgen Receptor.

The Androgen Receptor allows cells to respond to androgens such as testosterone. Mutations in the AR gene prevent the androgen receptor from working properly, which makes cells less responsive to androgens or prevents cells from using these hormones at all depending on the level of androgen insensitivity.

Androgen Insensitivity can be Complete Androgen Insensitivity Syndrome (CAIS), Partial Androgen Insensitivity Syndrome (PAIS), Mild Androgen Insensitivity Syndrome (MAIS).

how do i test my androgen receptor sites to see if there working normal>?
