What time did you have your blood drawn ?
As was stated before your numbers are fine and are probably better.

You had no no need to run the adex on those cycles and certainly not. 5 mg every day. Also not sure what the other guy meant about starting PCT before you cycle ended or thinking you are primary with a 550 T level.

A simple total T blood test is not expensive and I'm sure someone on this board can tell you where the cheapest place to get it done is.

Check your total T at 8am and see where it is now.

Ramstein,

Thank you for the response. I am listening. I think you posted your first response while I was typing the longer post regarding primary hypogonadism. On some level, I thought your take on the situation was sensible. Perhaps, you are right.

I am not going to take ANY drugs until I get another blood test. What many people are saying in responding is not entirely reponsive to my original post where I articulated that I do not have health insurance. I cannot just go out and get a blood test, or as one poster put it, "Find a new doctor". Accordingly, I am trying to work out options before hand, particularly what is most prudent given certain situations i.e. where my test levels are unchanged and my LH levels are relatively high. And then what the out of pocket costs are, because that is the only way I can pay.

Anyway, Ramstein, thank you for the response, and if you happen to check this thread out again, do you think that the Tribulus/Tribestan is a bad idea? It is not a drug in the same way as nolva or HCG, and is known to boost natural test. Although, from what I have read on it, it seems as though it works through an effect on LH, and thus may not offter a lasting solution.

Just the Total Testosterone blood test is cheap. That is all you really need for now, well you could use more but that will do since you have to pay for it.

Seems like you are getting better. No need to jack up your LH level as it's not the problem, HCG after the cycle would have done well but not now

I called quest diagnostics today. They said that they will not run labs without Dr.'s orders. Does anyone know if there is another company that is could do blood tests without me having to see a Dr.?

Good job LOU123.
They seem to have Calif collection sites too! Kind of too good to be true though. Anyone in Calif used them?

muscleslab - I am in the exact same position you are. I am 24 years old now, did about 6 cycles of prohormones back when I was 18-19 in the matter of one year's time. I would stack atleast 2 different prohormones together in each cycle. Half of the cycles I stacked 3 different kinds. Being young and stupid, i never did any PCT. I just stopped taking them once the bottle ran out. When i got more money, i bought more of it. I think a few cycles I didnt even wait the full 4-6 weeks between.

Anyways, 4-5 years later, I am still struggling from the effects of low T. About 3 months after I stopped the prohormones, I went and got tested and my testosterone was at 357ng/dl and my LH and FSH levels were at the very bottom of the "normal" scale. About 4-5 months after that, my levels were at 420 ng/dl with the same amount of LH and FSH, and again about 3 months after the second, my levels were at 450ng/dl with same LH and FSH levels. For a few years after all that, i only took natural stuff like Tribulus and dopamine precursors to get my levels back up. I never did anymore tests till recently. I regain somewhat of a sexual function for awhile, but it still wasn't close to what it was pre-prohormone days.

Well, about 5 months ago I found a doctor who put me on testosterone cream. He tested me and I was at 220ng/dl at the time. This test was screwed up in my opinion because I had been up for many hours when I did get my blood drawn (probably atleast 6 hours after awakening). I was so happy when he put me on the cream, i thought i was going to be cured once and for all.

Well, long story short, that didn't do much for me. First 3 weeks I felt awesome. Then it was downhill from then on until I finally said the hell with it and stopped taking it. I found out about Dr. John in lansing michigan. I got an appointment with him and he is trying to help me re-establish my HPTA. He is optimistic that he can help me, especially since I am only 24. I have doubts, I wont lie. I am very insecure in the fact that I have been ASIH for about 4-5 years now. In the back of my mind I just think it will be too tough on my body to restart the HPTA for being messed up so many years. But i am seeing some results though and it is only day 11 on the SERM. Eleven days ago I felt as if I was fully shut down from the HCG period of the restart. So i guess things are moving, just have to be patient. Alot of guys that have successfully restarted their HPTA's from ASIH have said that the SERM part of the restart protocol is a rollercoaster ride. A few days ago I was getting very strong erections during the night and morning, but the last two days I havent. Sex drive was great a few days ago, now it is gone. Oh well, i guess i have to be patient.

Anyways, i felt the need to reply to this. I just wanted you to know that there is someone just like you going through all this. It has been a tough few years! When you are in your twenties and your dick doesn't work like it should, it just depresses the hell out of you!

I do have some advice for you though. From looking at your numbers, i think your HPTA is stalled somewhere. I am no doctor and this is only my opinion, but it looks like the H and P are working good, but your testicles are not responding quite well. I am not sure what your money situation is like, but I would suggest seeing Dr. John. He will surely help get you on the right path.

And not to piss anyone off, but I think your symptoms like ED, lack of sex drive, etc is all part of low T. Your stress level could be high too. But something just screams ASIH to me. I mean if you think about it, all your problems happend after your third cycle, right? It HAS to be low testosterone.
