Default testosterone problems and issues!!

Recently I've been on 150mg test per week and dont feel any libido at all and no energy. A couple of weeks ago I experienced some testicular pains that ended up going away. Today I got my blood results back. Many of you on this forum suggested that It was my E2 that was high and to take dim. I started on two capsules a day for two days and no morning wood. Then 1 capsule a day for two more days and a little bit of wood. The product is by natures way and says BioResponse on the bottle.

LAb results:

total testosterone: 918
free t: 3.0
SHGB : 7.5
E2 : 37.2

right now my doc is swithing me to 125mg a week to lower E2 but wont give me any arimidex to help problem. My problem is that if I'm not feeling anything on 150mg a week then what is 125mg going to do!

I feel very dicouraged then I have yet no sex drive. He tells me that I should exercise and go to the gym weekly and this will help libido especailly phycologicaly. He tells me all my labs are very good and that its all in the phycologial effect because I work full time and Go to college full time. My life feels very boring the past four years of college because I'm on a 7 day a week schedule. He tells me to get my mind of off every thing and exercise and I will feel the libido effects kick in since I have not participated in any phycical activities in 3-4 years.

Can any one explain why 150mg isnt doing any thing for me even though these labs seem to be good? Is he bullshiting me about the phycological impact of working out will help me feel my libido kick since I dont do anything physical and have a tough loaded schedule.

Your E2 is to dam high this kills your libido and makes you feel like crap. The DIM is not the stuff I use I tried it and nothing. You need to read this thread.
Great response to certain DIM brand

I don't think its bull at all that exercise can help libido. I assume you are relatively young since you are in college but whatever, at any age exercise is going to make all components of your health improve, including libido. Plus it can improve state of mind and self confidence.

Ritecare is the store, Phytopharmica Indoplex is the brand and name of what you want. It worked for me but DIM does not seem to work for everyone. Its worth a try though, the Nature's Way did not work for me.

150mg/week is much too high for TRT. It causes too much aromatization, which is why your libido sucks. I bet you will feel much better when you lower your dose down to 100mg/week or even less.

I had already done 100mg per week for 4-5 weeks and no change at all in mood or libido. Erection werent happening at all in the morning so he moved me to 150mg for 5 weeks and took lab test and found out E2 was at 37.2. So now I dropped to 125mg per week starting this week but dont think it will change anything.

I am only taking 80-90 mg / week plus HCG (400 iu each day for 4 days before T-cyp shot). Maybe 100 mg was even too much for you? Also I notice your SHBG is very low at 7.5. According the the table Shippen gave me an initial target total T for you would only be about 500. This should give you a free T of about 160 pg/ml. What are the units on your free T above? Anyway, the low SHBG also argues you may want to cut the dose on your T shots.

My libido is not always great but it is good for 2 or 3 days after the T-cyp shot and I can perform almost any day of the week now.

Can someone point me to the lit that shows a relation between morning wood and endocrine health? Everything I read has to do more with REM sleep and or a physical problem with the gentials but not hormonal. I know a lot of guys will give anecdotal reports of E2 and or T levels and moring wood but is there any lit on this?

Sorry if I hijacked this thread

Actually I would love to know what causes morning wood. I think we all accept hormones are a necessary component but is it REM sleep and if so what happens during REM sleep that causes it.
