TRT for 20 year old and Children

Hi everyone, just curious about TRT and infertility. I am a bit worried about this. I am 20 years old and have been using 150mg of test cyp. per week for about 5 months. Everything is good with my levels at about 750 , E2 outta whack though.

But my main question is, if i end up using TRT for the long haul, is it possible i will have fertility issues in the future? I am not using HCG yet but might soon. Do people in this situation take a small break from TRT when trying to have children? Just a bit confused on how to handle this. Thanks for your help!

It's advisable to have some sperm frozen before going onto HRT.

When you keep using HCG, say 250IU E2D you should be fertile.
In case of problem add 75iu HMG, for about 3 months.

When you are doing blood draw for testing?
Looks like on the day of the shot but before the shot.
Weekly dose causes large up/down variations.
I suggest you divide the dose and try twice weekly or every three days.

Your average TotalT should stay about the same that it is now ~1050, but your levels will be much more even thru out a week. Better for E2.

When you start using HCG your TotalT may go too high due to testis production if any.

My current routine E3D, (T+HCG) shots every three days, two days in between free of shots
I use original Depo_testosterone and Novarel
Depo-T 28 units on insuline syringe, 130.7mg/week
HCG-500iu
I use 30ga for HCG and
29ga 1/2cc 1/2" long for T
both shots SubQ around navel, I rub T shots a lot to spread oil around.
No pain nothing unpleasant about this shot.

I am changing both shots to 31ga 3/10cc 5/16" needle
