I've developed a lump under my right nipple after a couple of months on
TRT (before
arimidex was prescribed to me). It isn't that big... around the size of an almond.
Now I've been taking .5mg
arimidex twice weekly for around 4 months now. The lump doesn't really appear to have grown in size but it also is not reducing in size (at all).
Some days the lump is more sore than others.
Yesterday I was feeling around the lump with my fingers and pressing it a bit... I felt my nipple get "cool" (ceiling fan + wetness) and realized that a clear fluid was coming out of it.
I applied a bit more squeezing type pressure and managed to get a significant amount of clear fluid to come out... enough that it actually dripped down to my stomach.
I'm a quite concerned with this, will this ever stop? Am I not taking enough Arimidex? Are there other ways to deal with lumps like this besides surgery (Nolvadex)?
I'm paranoid that this fluid will leak through my shirt but I'm more concerned with making this go away as I'm pretty sure it is NOT supposed to happen.
It is only the right nipple.
I also have blood work coming up Monday & will be talking with Dr. Crisler about this issue when I have my next VOV... in the meantime I'd love to hear what you guys have to say about it!
