Testosterone therapy and having problems

FSH <1.0 ng/ml
PSA 1.0ng/ml (Range .5-4.0)

Why are my estrogens so high why I'm taking arimidex? Should I increase the dose of Test? Could my prostate be irritated by a build up of DHT? Any help would be appreciated. My doctor has been great about several things but I also need your advice.

I was the original poster of this thread and still having problems. Let me explain. I stopped the Pregnenalone and DHEA and upped my arimidex to 1mg 3 times a week. It has been about a month and I don't feel any better. Could my E2 be too low now? I really havn't noticed a difference (no morning wood) I still feel an urge to urinate , belive it's prostate. I have been very tired and fatigued (wondering if stopping DHEA and Pregnenalone) Having labs done this week and will start DHEA back. Please give advice!!!

Yes this is way to strong a dose for you stop taking this until morning wood comes back then go back on it but do .25mgs every 3 days if wood stops stop again until it comes back then do .25mgs every 5 days and so on.

When you do a test don't do Estrogen's do Estradiol "E2" a test like this.

I appreciate all of your help on the board. I am really struggling with my treatiment. I believe I cannot absorb the cream. I will be getting labs this week and seeing tthe doctor in 3 weeks. My wife and I want to have another child and with me being shut down, I assume we cannot conceive. Here's what I'm going to say to my doctor. I want to get off of Test Therapy so we can try to conceive. I do have three children. I need to know from you guy's how to cycle offf. I'm on a compounderd cream now, I'm going to cycle off and when it's time to restart I'm going to try androgel and then go to shots if it doesnt' work. Thank you for all your advice.

You will need hormone that replaces FSH instead of usually used HCG.
Hopefully somebody will come with more details, names, dose, frequency. You probably have to stay on (the right dose) of testosterone and get you estrogens in order.
Dr Marianco or Dr John could provide excellet help, and it would cost you more somewhere else with little guarantee of success. They could consult your doctor if your doctor would agree to that.
You must be under great stress trying to conceve.
