I combined it with 100 mg PS and a few grams of inositol to help with sleep. Worked well.

Gamma-Amino Butyric Acid (GABA) may have some usefulness to help reduce anxiety and help sleep.

One problem in the use of GABA is that only a tiny amount crosses the blood-brain barrier into the brain. Thus, the dose needed to be effective is relatively large. Over time, such a large dose of GABA causes daytime sedation or impaired alertness. I've seen this uniformly enough in patients that I use GABA as primarily a third or fourth tier alternative when targetting sleep or anxiety.

I use ZMA b4 bed and it helps me fall asleep and wake up feeling very rested. It is an OTC supp.
Melatonin also is nice for falling asleep.
These may be irrelevant if you're only looking to increase GH

Amen to that. I have tried taking it . . . turned my brain to cotton.

The 500 mg. magnesium is probably the biggest contributor to the relaxation in the ZMA formulation.
