I think what I'm saying, to be clear..., is that tests aren't very clear and they miss out variables that any of us would've wanted investigated.
It can be very frustrating.
For example, the first post in this thread, the poster makes a VERY fair assumption based on the study done, that :

This is one of the few articles i could find that speaks directly about the effects of thyroid hormone on testicular function, fertility and hormonal parameters (SHBG and so fourth).

Unfortunately, the study doesn't clarify what else is really going on. What are the root causes for this whole situation to happen?
Imagine how powerful our information would be, if we could line up in separate ranks and file and say,:
"I'm hypo due to car crash injury"
"I'm hypo, because I ate bread and I'm allergic to it"
"I'm hypo, because I don't make enough testosterone, the body sapped my adrenals to make up for that, then my thyroid value went low. NO antibodies"
One day.., one day, I hope to see that happen. And then everything and everyone will be so much more clear.
It's one of my beliefs, that any of us are capable of any of the diseases. As you notice above, they are not genetic issues, they are potentially able to happen to anyone. Many people develop inability to digest gluten and it's not genetic. In fact, "coeliac" as a disease is questionable and it's rare for someone to have it genetically.
Perhaps many of us share some sort of "weak testosterone" gene, who knows, but we share something and that's all of us being of the human race and having virtually identical genetic makeup.
