I have had problems with ED and tried the TRT stuff. However it would only work
for a couple of weeks. DHEA did as much for me as TRT (injections + arimidex).
Viagra did not consistently work either. Again I'm not sure how much of this is phisical and psychological. I have never done steroids, I have always seemed to be this way.

I think Dr Ms treatment has been the most helpful of the things I have tried but alot has
also happened psycholgically during the same period.

It will be interesting to see what your lab results look like.

Greg, what diagnoses was brought up for your own specific case? Do you suffer from primary or secondary hypogonadism or do you believe you have suffered all your life due to this (in some form)?

Varicocele is the major cause for me. I am still trying to figure out what's really going on and can only hope and pray of getting better. I've done allot of research and with Dr M's help i know i can make progress. The question is can i get back to where i was last year at this time? I sincerely hope so at least.

HI,

My sex drive has always been fairly low but seemed to get lower with age (I'm 48).
Initially I went to a urologist and my T levels were 390-430 so he let me try the TRT.
I tried varying combinations of shots/gell and arimidex. Arimidex by it self worked as
well as the shots but all of these seem to lose their effect after 2 or 3 weeks.

My ED issues seem to be related to anxiety.
