took myself off trt 3 weeks ago, wanted to give myself a chance again to see if i could get my T level back to normal with the use of nolva for a month ir so.;
anyway in the past 2 weeks i had a nasty cold which now has led to a sinus infection; and pulled a muscle in my back yesterday. coinsidence?

i just dont know which way to turn trt shrinks my balls (hcg gives me a bad reaction) dont slppe on or off trt...and my sex drive is no problem off these past 3 weeks (nolva)...

If you have Low T and have had it for sometime you need to go back on TRT and stop doing this to yourself. Having Low T makes your immune system weak. I get sinus infections, bronchitis and everything that it out there when my levels are to low. I am primary and my testis have been on the small size for over 21 yrs. This is not as bad as having my joints and muscles hurt not to mention my back. There are a lot of brands of HCG out there and adding this to my T shots has me feeling the best I ever felt in 21 yrs. So try a different brand. I say your sinus and back pain are from your levels going down.

His situation is a bit different:
- AAS use
- Not primary
- Doesn't react well to hCG which makes therapy more difficult
- Didn't give a good long PCT a change prior to jumping onto TRT.

tres, it is up to you of course, but I think that you should give the Nolvadex a try. Not sure what regimen you are using, but I think the longer the better.

I have a sinus infection and a bum shoulder at the moment myself. Coincidene I think.

mrank thx ..i am 1 week into nolva @ 20mgs. should i but it up to 40 mgs...no morning wood but sex drive there

20mg is fine if you are using the pill form.

so far last t shot was 22 days ago..8th day of nolva 20mgs today still horney as hell...tired but have been on antibiotics for sinus infection..
