Touching needles and filters

I've used gloves (examaning gloves) for the needles. How to inject articles usually don't say anything about touching previously sterile parts.

I dont think you need gloves. I never use them and have no problem. I assume you are using a new sterile syringe? All you have to do is clean the top of the ampule of HCG with alchohol swab or cotton ball soaked in alchohol. Draw enough air into the syringe for your dose. Carefully remove the cap from the needle on the syringe and insert into the ampule without touching it to anything else. Inject the air (to replace the HCG you will wirthdraw). Then fill the syringe with your dosage. Use the swab to clean the injection site. Remove the needle from the bottle and give the injection careful again not to touch the needle to anything besides the injection site.

Dude what is your question??? You're 23 so you are not on HRT legally, so what are you asking, I hope it's not as simple as "can I touch a needle" and then use it to inject.

No, I don't touch the needle, possibly barely at the bottom because of the smallness of the plastic base you screw onto the syringe. I realize now I should screw the syringe onto the needlebase before needle is all out of the package instead.

This is more like "how hygenic need I be". I'm a bit worried about the whatman 0.2um filters. I should hold only the outside ring I guess. Think I'll be using the gloves. And wash before putting them on.

I'm not *all* crazy.
