Now as I am on TRT do i have to give importance to nutrition as i used before when i was not onTRT for testosterone elevating, like satured and monosatured fat, meat, cholesterol on the diet, or do not worry so much as my testosterone is regulated chemically outside as my natural which as a part influences from nutrition theoritically has shut down from TRT?

| TRT will work better for you if your nutrition and heath overall are better. You should eat healthy, lift weights and do other exercise. I wouldn't obsess on some specific food and whether you think that piece of steak you have for dinner is going to raise your natural testosterone levels by some infinitesimal margin. That's foscusing on the wrong thing. It's more about making your body run propely, having low bodyfat, having more muscle. These things will all make your libido and stamina and mental state stronger, and the TRT should help even more to make your mood better, erections harder, and all the things guys seek with TRT.
