Default underactive thyroid

hey guys,

I think that i may have the syptoms of an underactive thyroid since starting trt.

basically i feel very lethargic and i have put on a lot of weight. at the same time though i am feeling very chilled out from the trt, not like my usual jittery self.

i am having it tested in a week or so, but what supplements or treatments could i look into taking.

i have heard that kelp supports thyroid function, but what other sups are out there.

i also recently have my e2 tested- it came back 45 on a scale of 0-191.

im thinking that perhaps i went too low as well.

Megazoid is an unknown quantity at this point

E2 might have went too low master. I reckon you should aim for about 70 (which is the same as about 20/25 i think in US scale?).

How's morning/night wang been? This is the best gauge. HCG effects thyroid i believe. Are you still using this?
