Hey guys, Ive posted this elsewhere but never got any real good feedback. Hoping people could help out here and point towards areas in diet, supplements, labs, etc. to fine tune. Hey, for those out there on TRT, thyroid, and/or adrenal replacement/therapy, do you have really variable Erection quality? I mean, even with Cialis i sometimes am hit or miss, and I am young very young. I never had this before, but since Ive started my recovery, with T-gel, HCG ED, preg cream, cortef, florinef, and enough armour, its so hit or miss down there its starting to really annoy me. I mean, I have a girlfriend and its like, sometimes hey everythings goods to go, othertimes, its decent at best. (btw I am with Dr. John and most labs seem to be right on par, I dont post my treatment doses to keep confidentiality agreement between us). I am also taking 1 gram of organic maca a day, and just started on the free paravol sample but I cant explain it. Im sure its a blood pressure/blood flow thing, as the libido is fairly strong, and I have always had real low blood pressure. I take a lot of Sea salt daily but still ? Any suggestions? |

Hi Scottyo I am on same meds and doing Cialsi 20mgs every 3 days I am hit and miss some times. For me it's my E2 Estradiol. I wake up every morning about 5am so I take my Armour, Florinef, Cortef and do my T shots or HCG shots. I do a T shot every 3 days and HCG the 2 days each in between my T shots. If I go to have sex in an hour of doing this I am fine but after that the E2 spikes up on me and I need to wait until the later afternoon or I can't get it up. Now this is with my E2 at a good level if I let it get to low I lose wood and if I let get to high wood is gone. Even taking the Cialis. You just need to keep checking it and see when the best times are.

Scottyo, i am not doing any medication at present but i can relate to you here. The whole blood flow thing is very distrubing. Blood flow is largely controlled by a combination of thyroid, DHT and free t. Thyroid hormone is thermogenic in nature, so naturally that promotes healthy blood flow to the prepherial areas of the body. I experience the following symptoms: - Penile shrinkage - Lack of sensation - Slight arching (to the left - not bending, the tendons/ligiment seem looser at the base) - Testicles that cannot control temp properly. Much like you, i was also diagnosed with low blood preasure and have similar ED problems. Have you tried this new Aspire36? This is supposed be to be awesome, haven't heard anything negative about it so far. While this isn't a long term answers, it might be worth trying. Can you give me a run down of your complete protocol, blood work and any other symptoms.

Megazoid and other people living in UK. Looking thru Genova Diagnostics web pages I noted that tests at that lab can be ordered personally without doctor's script. You are lucky there. Genova Diagnostics does lots of testing that are of interest to me but they also do "ordinary" blood testing of individual analytes. So now anyone who have MasterCard Visa or Switch can have most of the desired tests. How to Have a Test Tab bottom left "Genova UK" GDX - Connection Newsletter Archive IWDL I note that mine favored test, NutrEval, is not available. But its shorter version, ONE, is available. ONE The NutrEval is checking 120 analytes and making specific recomendation on corective action. Similarly ON, except it checks only 80 analytes. The neurotransmitters discussed sometimes here are covered in either of this tests. Both tests are very poverfull, neurotransmitters are about 5% or less of area covered. ================= Hppefully before time out. NutrEval is available, look at the bottom: Our Tests Last edited by JanSz; 12-02-2007 at 06:06 PM. |

Thanks for the info JanSz! Right now wth xmas and all i don't have this kind of money, however i hope to soon. I have just switched NHS/ GP Practice in the hope of finding a doctor that can help. I am trying to get help from the NHS with regards to blood test's at least for thyroid and sex hormones, this would help me move on a fair amount.

Thanks for the help guys. I tried the aspire36. similar in effect as cialis for me, although a bit weird (might be random occurance) of much faster to orgasm than normal...which others have reported as the opposite. PMgamer, thanks for your insights...unfortunately for me, I do try to time things a bit but as im young and unmarried (girlfriend only) its not as easy to do so. its more of just redirecting attention when i think things are not so good. Janz, do you know how much that eval costs in total, and how well insurance covers it/ |

This particular NutriEval NutrEval NutrEval Profile The NutrEval Profile is a comprehensive nutritional evaluation that has been designed to identify clinical imbalances that may inhibit optimal health. This advanced diagnostic tool will aid clinicians in helping patients overcome chronic conditions and help to promote optimal health and wellness. The NutrEval Profile provides assessment of amino acids, organic acids, essential fatty acids, oxidative stress markers, toxic element, and nutrient levels. The clinical utility of these keys assays are described below. The Metabolic Analysis Profile measures 39 key organic acids to evaluate gastrointestinal dysbiosis (bacterial & fungal), cellular energy production, neurotransmitter processing, and functional needs for multiple vitamins, minerals and other nutrient co-factors. The Amino Acids analysis measures 38 amino acids in plasma to evaluate dietary protein adequacy, digestion, absorption, amino acid transport, metabolic impairments, and nutritional deficits: including essential vitamins, minerals and amino acids. Disorders such as chronic fatigue, learning disabilities depression, immune problems, and the role of vitamins/ mineral cofactors in amino acid metabolism have been associated with specific amino acid imbalances. Essential & Metabolic Fatty Acids markers evaluate the levels of fatty acids in red blood cell membranes. Fatty acids imbalances significantly affect cellular communication and inflammatory disorders. Fatty acid imbalances may be found in conditions including cardiovascular disease, hyperactivity, rheumatoid arthritis, depression and other inflammatory conditions. Elemental Analysis is a reliable means of identifying short-term toxic element exposure and evaluating intracellular (red blood cell) mineral nutrient status. Conditions such as fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, headache, depression, insomnia, memory loss and neurological problems can be due to elemental imbalances. Oxidative Stress (Lipid Peroxides and Glutathione) analysis is a sensitive tool to evaluate the body's antioxidant reserves and the presence of oxidative injury. This unique profile: Evaluates overall nutritional status Provides insight into disease risk Assesses the functional need for various vitamins and minerals Includes an innovative 'Interpretation-at-a-Glance' which provides concise and easy interpretation, and clear recommendations for supplementation of antioxidants, B vitamins, minerals, essential co-factors and amino acids Please note! The NutrEval Profile is available in combination with the FACTest, at a considerably reduced rate, as the NutrEval PLUS Profile. Pricing Description (RRP) Price NutrEval Profile 550 NutrEval PLUS Profile 650 To order test go to Having a Test ============================================ People are talking lot about neurotransmitters.
