Yep, this is the best one I have found so far. One a day should do

I wonder how long till someone deletes this post because of sourcing?

I am seriously considering getting my own forum

It seems like most of the recommended vitamin E supplements are soy based or contain soy. It seems to me that we might be taking a step backwards by trying to improve androgen levels by taking a soy-based supplement.

Why not take a few tablespoons of a good cold-pressed wheat germ oil each day? Was not wheat germ oil the oil used in the studies that showed improved testosterone and fertility with vitamin E? Tastes like hell, but I think it is the best way to go.

In November magazine, not yet on internet, LEF is supporting use of soy for healthy prostate.
Per product description
Super-Absorbable Soy Isoflavones
60 capsules
Item Catalog Number: 758
Super-Absorbable Soy Isoflavones, 60 Capsules

it probably increases estogens
but they must feel that overall this soy based product is beneficial for men.

This may cut against the grain on this site, but I'm very skeptical of the things that LEF has to offer. They strike me as more of the politically correct, mainstream organization that is simply pushing the bandwagon advice of tons of veggies and lots of soy. In other words, they are simply following the fads with a lot of their advice. Their magazine is nothing more than a dressed up commercial for their own products; a sophisticated bodybuilding magazine in that way. Garbage I say.

Your talking about a miniscule amount of soy.

Small amounts of soy are harmless.

Just don't base a diet around them

Just thought I'd bump this for everyone, and wondering if anyone is planning to try it and have before and after labs? Or am I gonna have to be the guinea pig?
