When you say multi week injections , how often in the week and how much. I am doing 50mg twice a week but still feel the ups and downs, although this may be adrenal linked which I am looking into

Just load it in two syrenges and save one for next week. I do multi-week injections w/test and load my week's syrenges on Sundays.
