What do you guys think of my blood work?

Albumin, serum 4.5 Range 3.6-5.1

Estradiol, Ultrasen, LCMSMS 33 Range <29

I inject 60mg of cypionate on Tuesday and Saturday morning. This test was done on Saturday morning before blood was taken. I an suposing this would be my lowest level of the week. Everything else was normal and has not changed in the past 3 blood test. Cholesterol was a little high but that is heriditary and I stopped taking my 1/2 pill of the lowest dose of Vytorin. ( I cut from full pill with no change so I attempted to come off completely.) I feel good with a brutal work out schedule but have to admit I felt better when I was at 160mg. My level though at 160mg was at 1400 on friday so I cut down. I am at a low fat level, under 10%.

I am concerned about the estrogen. It was at 24 before the cypionate.

Should I be concerned about the DHT level?

thats about the average for 120 mgs of testosterone IMO Talk to your dr about cutting down to 50 mgs BIW this will lower your e2 and bring your levels more into reasonable range of 500-600 where then you can add in some hcg to give back the 300 you probably had to begin with . By using this method you reduce the need for other medications If you are on high fiber diet that could explain your SHBG or your fatty acids are out of balance or you have malabsorption issue going on.

HCG will probably not be an option. Should I try a very low dose of arimidex? I am thinking .25mg 2x a week with my shots.

TRy lowering the T dosage !! instead of adding another drug.

While I know this will lower my total testosterone and possibly my estrogen levels, what do you expect it to do to my free and bioavailable testosterone?

Listen to HAN.... Best advise ever.. Lower your Test injection instead of adding more drugs... Very high Testosterone is not always best... I don't understand why so many are hung up on having testosterone levels close to the upper upper limit... it's psychological state of mind that you'll need to break. The less drugs you're depending on, the better off you are... I know it's hard to get used to this statement, but try.....

Be surprused it might go up !! I have seen ti happen. Also examine insulin imbalances as well. We are finding alot of insulin resistance along with testosteorne issues which are hidden not in normal blood work.
