When to draw labs with injections?

I have been on weekly injecions of testosterone for 5 weeks and wanted to check where my labs are at. I read that labs should be drawn at the peak level (which Dr. Crisler says is 48 hours after injection) and at the valley (at the end of the week). Can anyone confirm whether these two time peiods -- 48 hours after injection and at the end of the week -- are the proper trimes for lab draws?

I never did the labs 48 hrs. after a shot I know the levels are high I can feel it. I always did my blood work the day of my next shot in the morning just before doing the next shot. This way we could see how low I went. It's not a high level that will make you feel bad but a lower level and if your go down to low then your going to feel like crap. So we wanted to know how low I was before my next shot. If my levels were 600 I felt like crap but 700 I was good to go.

When i just saw my Dr. we talked about this and he recomends close to the next inj. When you first inj. your levels will spike but will decline over the next week, so like Phil said it's better to see how low you go so you are not going to low.
