WHEN to get test levels rechecked?

I've just recently ended a recovery cycle after being shutdown for several months due to steroid use, I'm wondering how long I should wait before I get my testosterone levels retested? It's now been about 6 weeks since I took the last clomid/nolva tabs and I've always heard that one should wait about 6 weeks after serms but after reading some similar posts I found that you still can have serms in you'r bloodstream after this time so one should probably wait a couple of weeks more? I REALLY want to have bloodwork done ASAP to see where I'm at but the problem is that I can only get ONE more test done so I have to time it so I get it as accurate as possible...
