Would replacing Adderall with Selegine for ADHD help me recover from Adrenal Fatigue?

I have never taken Selegine, but I've been on Adderall for more than two years (before that, Ritalin) and I believe this has contributed to what I believe is Adrenal Fatigue.

What benefits would Selegine have over Adderall?

The only way to tell if your Adrenals are not working do to them being over worked is to have an
ACTH stimulation test you can read about it here. If your adrenals are not working do to Ritalin your test will not go up much after you get the ACTH. But if your Secondary like you say you are your level will double because you adrenals are good just don't get the message from your pituitary to make cortisol.

Any CNS stimulant will stimulate the adrenal glands and if overdone will eventually fry the adrenals. Ritalin and Adderal are both CNS stimulants.Even caffiene will do the same.

IMHO I think selegine is gentler on the adrenals, less stress for the adrenal glands and many better benefits for overall health than amphetamines would ever be.
