Default 10 Days Out From BB Show?

Starting 10 days out or so from show. All specifics if possible. Thanks!

I recently did a test-run on some contest prep written by 'Swolecat'. It was the sodium loading/carb depleting stuff. Has anyone tried this and/or tweeked it at all? I also would like to know some things to do on the Friday before the show as well as that Saturday morning, and then what is the best protocol between the prejudging and night show(about 6 hours of down time) Anyone with any sound advice and thoughts I will be most appreciative.

Bro -Lemme get home and i'll get you together something. That thing frosty put up might be good for going to the beach or something, but since i have never competed in a bodybuilding show where you could "pump up " and then quickly "go take a cold shower to tighten the skin ", you prolly should keep looking. PM me the email address you want it sent too, and i'll get it to you ASAP. Be prepared to answer a few questions , Are you Distilled water yet , Where are your calories, etc. Is this your first show ?


And how the fuck are you 10 days out on a show ? The show is mid week ? In between the morning and night show i generally catch a movie and eat. I do NPC shows and all the judging is done in the am, the night is for the fanfare, so i dont care as much how tight i am . I eat reasonable in the interim time. Catch a nap at the hotel, you know.

yeh just the shower..use the creatine and the tap water..lemme know where you'll find the fresh Buffaloe too ok ? Have you ever competed frosty ? Is that your back in the avatar ?

I wasnt flaming you Frost, it just looks considerably different that the ritual i go through before a show. I dont mean that there isnt benefit in what you wrote.

in my own personal experience, its best to do the same thing over and over again, once you find something that works. I try new things out of season , not 10 days out. I prefer carbing up on Yams, And eat nothing but the fuckers for about 4 weeks out as my exclusive carb source. Your body and stomach is soooo fucked up from everything to get ready for the show, that its nice to know exactly what to expect from a food, especially carbs. I have seen guys use rice as there primary carb source, then during carb up go to Oatmeal cakes ? WTF ? I know exactly every time how my body will react to what i take in, cuz its used to it...and on the day of the show, thats one less thing to think about.
