active ingredients are yohimbe and l-arginine. make your own or just pick up some cialis or viagra.

what dosages for those do you recommend. i've always heard to break a viagra pill in half, but does that mean a 25mg, 50mg, or 100mg?

25mg of viagra is more than enough for a healthy individual to have a bit more fun. most times anyway. your mileage may vary.
