I hear the best way is to go Ketosis and that invloves keeping your carbs to a max of 30g per day, I dont know much about fat loss as ive never had to do it mate but one thing i can see in your diet you might want ot ditch is the bananas as they raise blood sugar levels which defeats the purpose of keto.
Other guys might be able to help more.
It looks like form looking at your diet you might be exceeding that carb rate.
Heres a diet i came up with, its not for me and it might be totally wrong but I wrote it out just in the event in a million years I would by some miricle actually gain some fat
this is not in any particular order.
10 whole eggs
5 tablespoons natty peanut butter
300g chicken breast with brocolli
2 scoops whey protein
1 tablespoon olive oil
120g sardines
6 oz steak

277g
Fat
129g
Carbs
29.7g
Someone may point out that this might kill you lol, thats just the way I understand keto.
