Acne?

Hey guys had a ? for anyone that knows how to eliminate face acne. I've taken a couple cycles in the past before and no real prob with acne...and now I'm taking over the counter supplements and my face breaks out...what's up with that? I have great workouts and pumps in the gym and I'm definitely putting noticable size on but the damn acne is making me Self-conscious....like anyone having acne is F..ing annoying and was wondering if anyone knew of something that helps. If you know of anything that works let me know....thanks.

I been taking this stuff works pretty well at the start it gets bad for 2 weeks then the 2 weeks after that start clearing up great seems to work the best for me and seems like alot of people all over the world.. Well best of luck..

Im like you i have real tough acne.. Ive tried everything and all it does is make me break out.. In the past i used Accutan and that cleared it up but i had to stop the use 'cause i was diagnosed with ulcerative collitis.. I was searching some forums and i came across some guy saying Nizoral shampoo will clear it up. I was skeptical at first but i bought it any way... It immediately stopped all new zits from happening then by about day 4 my face was really clear. If i can find the article he wrote on it i will post it for you..
