 Additional supplements w/AndroGel
Due to a benign "micro" tumor on my pituitary my T was a bit low. I took 5 grams of AndroGel for about 6 weeks and went from 219 NG/DL to 360 NG/DL. My doc accepted my request for increased dosage - 7.5 grams total. I also started supplementing w/Novadex XT (T booster). I am trying to achieve a T level from 600 - 1000 NG/DL - the normal range is 270 something to 820 something. I have also been taking milk thistle, but wondering if there's something better/more proven than this for liver health. Also, since my body is presumably no longer producing it's own T, does it make sense to take a supplement that increases LH i.e. Tribulus?    Did you find this post helpful?  |
