ATW is alright. We had some issues before, but they resolved them rather quickly and appropriately. I like their bulk deals.

So someone told me recently that EAS is a shitty company when it comes to supplements.

What protein company should I use?

I have always been happy with ATW. As Grizz said, the bulk deals on the Blend are pretty decent. The chocolate, banana and strawberry taste pretty decent as well.

I used to drink the met-rx whey protein! The strawberry was very tasty. Now I drink the Body Fortress whey from Holland and Barret cos they've got an offer on and the sugar content is lower . The thing I look for is the sugar from carbs, the met-rx had 1 and a half grams more per 100 gram. Should I be looking for awt else?

Oh and another thing I suffer constipation quite a lot due to protein shakes! I was gonna put this in my milk thread but thought I'd do it here. I've been told by several people its due to this . Has anyone got any ideas how to keep things moving quicker

I've been eating very well lately as well! Cutting down on carbs eating lots of broccali, carrots, coliflower, brown bread you know, fibre. I dont really want to stop drinking them cos they've got to be good apart from this digestion problem.

Go buy some tasteless fiber powder and mix it in your shakes.

I don't see how the whey would cause constipation. I think it tends to cause watery shits in most people. Either way, just add some fiber to your shake, like big roid said.

Personally, I use the orange flavored metamucil. I think chocolate and orange taste good together. Of course, a shake only takes 5 seconds to drink, so it's not like the taste matters either way.

You and me both. I mix my protein with orange crystal light rather than just plain water.
