Default any advice on my diet?

hi everyone...im not a bodybuilder but i am a professional athlete (combat sports) and i was wondering if anyone could look over what ive been doing and give a thumbs up/down or add to anything. i have had to take a year and a half off training due to a pretty bad injury and im just now back to training consistently...about 3 months. needless to say, my training has mostly been revolving around getting back in shape. im a female, so in my time off laying around and eating whatever i wanted, i deposited stubborn fat in places i didnt know i had...like that spot under/beside my ass that no one seems to have a name for. i have a big butt and thighs even when im lean, and my stomach isnt ripped but it is flat, i dont have a gut. my arms and back still look pretty good, i lost a little size and vascularity but all in all im not too unhappy with them.

im not going to bore you with everything ive been doing, lets just say i do hit the weights and especially kettlebells. they have put some size on my butt and thighs, because ive already lost 17lbs of bodyfat and my legs are still the same size (i measure), but the shape is MUCH better. im definitely a lot stronger...in just three months i can snatch the 20 kilo bell for a couple sets of ten. i also run every day, sometimes long moderate runs, and two to three days a week i do various interval/sprint workouts. this is on top of moderate boxing and grappling.

my diet, i believe is pretty good. i pretty much eat like im training for a fight. breakfast (1/4 c oatmeal and half a banana) plus 3 meals (4oz lean protein, 1 1/4 cup fibercarbs(greens), 1/4 cup starches, except my last meal when i get none (like tonight i just had 4 egg whites), and two snacks between meals, like a proetin shake or bar and maybe the other half of the banana or an apple. i avoid salt and sugar like the plague, and im drinking almost a gallon a day, something like 3/4...i know i need to work on that.

as far as supplements go, i take fish oil and udo's oil (flax, etc blend), glutamine and super greens in my shakes, and 2 tbsp apple cidar vinegar morning and night. i also recently started kyno at 1/2 cc /im/ed and plan to work my way up to 2cc/ed over the next couple of weeks. later this week i will be starting var at 5mg/day, possibly working up to 10 but only if necessary.

i am 5'7 and weigh 137lbs. i started out three months ago at 154...144 was my plateau and the hardest point to get past. my goal is to put on at least 4-5lbs of muscle and lose another 10-12lbs of fat in six weeks. i have a heart the size of texas so i think i can do it...i have just never trained for muscle building (or been this out of shape), just muscle endurance and functional strength/cardio. bodybuilding and martial arts are two different sports....so although i am a pro at one, i know jack shit about the other.

am i doing this right? do you all have any secrets? help a sista out! i would also like to know if im being unrealistic with my goal or if it is really achievable. when you get out of the kind of shape i was in, its really depressing. i want my brazilian bikini butt back and i want to love how i look again.

sorry this was so effin long!!!!! and thanks so much in advance.
