clean does not mean eating very few calories. dude, if you eat clean AND get the appropriate amount of calories, you will gain weight, not lose weight. granted, eating 4000 clean calories is much more of a chore (and i do mean chore, for me anyway) than eating 4000 mickeyd's/kfc/wendy's calories. but, hey, who said this bodybuilding thing was easy? muscletech does not count....

The loss from not eating breakfast is simply loss of food weight and water. You shouldn't have to worry about being light headed because there should never be a time you go 4 hours without eating except when you're asleep. I also have to admit that I do eat dirties, but I try and keep my food relatively clean. |

yeah i'm different i guess. i'll go 3 or 4 months of eating lard sandwiches with a side of pork fat, and then i tend to go 6-9 months, sometimes a year eating pretty much completely clean. i've gone a year without eating any cheese, milk, bread or juices before, just got out of the habit of eating them i guess, trying to stay away from fats & carbs. hell i can remember eating chicken breasts 3-4, sometimes 5 times a day for a year on end. used to go to Costco and get 2 20lb bags of chicken breasts every 2 weeks. can't be the healthiest thing in the world to live on chicken, but @ the time i was definitely mid-single digits BF... that being said, i'd estimate my fat at a portly 16% now. done week 1 on T3/ECA, might have dropped a pound or 2, nothin noticible yet. i'm rambling and it's time to eat.

Obviously a construction guy, eh? If you put some tuna in tupperware, you shouldn't really have a problem. I don't see where 3 minutes will impinge all too heavily upon your responsibilities. Hell, you can eat it while you run around. Or premade shakes. Put some milk and your powder in an empty bottle before you leave for work. Problem solved.
