Why?

Asprin can reduce risk of blood clotting on aas such as eq and anadrol. One asprin taken before bed has shown blood pressure reducing abilities provided that it's taken every night. .81 mgs was used in most studies, I just pop a regular 325mg at night. Asprin can also prolong the fat burning effect of eca by it's action as an antiprostoglandin.

It doesnt. Aspirin has been shown to no increase the effectiveness of an ECA stack.

Personally, I wont take aspirin with EC or even for a headache.

Taking 325mg is a waste and just predisposing you to gi damage 75mgs a day is perfect if you have taken a 325 loading dose

Not in the real world. Some research has shown it to be beneficial to an EC stack, but most research shows that it has no benefits at all in terms of fat loss/thermogenesis.

I've been eating whole foods and I do occasionally take a children's aspirin because after repping 32 plates and an 18year old on top of the leg press I only want to crawl/sit on the couch at the YMCA where I work out, drink some coffee w/chai and tell Bob Drabek, "Yes, sure Bob whatever!"
