I suggest you to forget all these so called "test boosters" and give zma a try. There are actual clinical studies to support that it can raise natural test levels up to 30% in a matter of a few weeks. True, proven and most importantly all natural. If you want more info, pm me.

Regarding creatine now, go with monohydrate, 5 grams pre and 5 grams post workout along with some liquid bcaa's. If this is combined with a good pre-workout meal, it's gonna give you insane pumps and strength increases. Also use ALA (dosed at least 600-1000mgs) because it increases dramatically creatine usage and glucose transoportation meaning more muscle mass and more strangth.

Be sure to get a creatine monohydrate product which contains around 40-50 grams of carbs. More just isn't necessary and it's going to fill you up with water.

Other good supps that work fantastically with creatine are:

Ultimate Nutrition's Beta Methoxy
Any HMB product
Arginine/Ornithine/Lysine (Ultimate nutrition) stack to use before bed

and of course a good multivtamin and omega 3 fatty acids.

ATRO-PHEX works depends on what your looking for though. It can help you burn some excess BF and def gives you energy, just don't be a fool and take four at once like i did, i was buzzin like a cheap speaker

but it will shed some water weight , it also has a compound called dican in it which is a thyroid regulator, so your core body temp will go up just a bit

Thanks for the feed back........still looking for comments on the best bang for the buck with protien..........Muscle milk seems to be all the rage today, but is pricey.
