bad ZMA reaction

hey all,something real shitty happened to me about 3am
i was taking maximuscle zma throughout the month and i was fine, no problems.
when i ran out, i decided to try another brand out of curiosity, on the back of the bottle, it states
"3 to be taken 30-60minutes before bedtime, do not exceed stated dose as this may cause heavy nausia and diyarea"

so i took 3 like it said, 3am this morning, i wokeup sweating and feeling really sick, i had to run to the toilet and puke like ive never puked before, ive also now got the runs and my strenght today is completely drained and i cant eat a thing.

Are you sure you aren't just getting a stomach flu? I know that something like that is going around because a couple weeks ago I had it real bad, bad enough to put me in the hospital.

its possible bro, i just though it was the ZMA cos ive got the same symptoms you get when you OD on it, even though i didnt, but it could be something going about, but im not in the US.

months of some sort.
