Default Been on creatine for 2 yrs nonstop.Should i worry?
I have been on creatine monohydrate for the last 2 years nonstop.Whenever i try to go off i lose strenght so i go back on.So far i havent noticed any side effects.Is there anything i should worry about for being on creatine for that long??

Highly unlikely. Once creatine levels reach full saturation, more doesnt do anything. I dont recall hearing of anyone being on for that long of a time. Is it detrimental? Probably not. Is it necessary? No. Just cycle it like everyone else.

Yeah but for some weird reason i start losing some strenght and a bit of the pump when i start coming off.So i just end up going back on.Maybe next time when i go on a cycle ill cut out the creatine.

you will lose a bit of strength, but you wll be stronger after the creatine cycle still. Using heavier weight you will maintain or possibly add size when you stay off for a month or longer. Then when you go back on you will get a further boost in strength above and beyond if you just took the creatine year long

All I do is maby take a week off evry now an then to clean all my supplements out of my system and start fresh. My muscles also get a time to fully recovcerWhen I do that, I come back weak at first but like it was already said, I get better results and muscles take the creatine better.
