Need some help what is the best pharmacuetical or supplement for appetite suppression. Eating to damn much right now.

Ephedrine helps. Bromocriptine also works well.

I know nearly nothing about it, but Ive heard the new supplement hoodia is good at killing appetite.

Hoodia is a desert cactus from southern Africa but there's a lot of shit on the health shelves with the name hoodia on it. Only the gordonii variation of hoodia has appetite suppressant abilities.

The most reliable source of hoodia g. is Hoodia Slim from Paradise Herbs. MHSCI Hoodia is also good but I don't think you can get in the States.

Chromium Piccolinate is really good for an appetite suppresant.

200, 400, 600mcg, I dont remember specifically. But I was pissed that I bought it since it was/is completely useless.

It is the main ingriedient in all your appetite suppressing fat burners. You mean to tell me that companies would promote this product even though it doesnt work? That is an outrageous accusation. :-)

I dont think Ive seen chromium in any products for at least 5-6 years. Go look at any of the labels for the original Stacker or similar products. Chromium is nowhere to be found.

I know some of them have switched to chitosan I believe but Total Lean, Hydroxycut, Ripped fuel all have them.

chitosan, i believe, is some sort of crushed shellfish and is supposed to make you not digest anything. not for appetite suppres. Hoodia didn't do shit for me. It's pretty spendy too.
