I am looking to pick up a decent book about nutrition and dieting to help guide me since I feel that an improper diet has always been my enemy even when I think I am eating well....any one have any good recommendations? Thanks

My first choice would be The Ultimate Diet 2.0 by Lyle McDonald. Head over to www.bodyrecomposition.com to pick it up.

UD2 is a good book, I also like musclebuilding nutrition by Will Brink. He is suppose to have a new version out any day now. It is suppose to be bigger and better and with more updates. Lyle and Will are both smart guys, and you cannot go wrong with either one of them.

Any day now....I hope. BTW, anyone who purchased the old ebook gets the new one free, so it's never a waste of $$$$ when ever a person buys it, not to mention the private forums that come with the ebook(s).

Will's ebooks are worth the price.
