| | Re: Breakfast Ideas 2 x dry toast
4-6 x whole eggs
black coffee.
If I want more calories I start adding peanut butter &/or bannana
It IS hard not to scoff your face in the morning, but once the B/F% gets up there you gotta do it

| | Re: Breakfast Ideas I also like a couple eggs fried up and parked on about 30 grams of lean ham with a few pieces of fat free cheese all on a split large croissant. I will eat a few of these throughout the day if im trying to get more cals...feels like cheating but its not really that bad if you don't mind a little fat and sodium. |

I do not like breakfast that much, but realize it is the most important meal of the day and make myself eat it. I do not wake up hungry. Things I eat are omelet's of all kinds, poached eggs w/ hollandaise sauce and bacon, cottage cheese and berries, deviled eggs with country ham, homemade sausage paddies with mustard and spinach, peanut butter or cream cheese with celery. I also use heavy cream in my coffee. It taste great. Cut the carbs and do not fear the fat

Throw two scoops of chocolate whey, a banana, 2 tbs of peanut butter, one cup of non-fat milk and crushed ice in the blender. Makes a large shake I drink in the car on the way to work and holds me until a 10 am snack. |

| | Re: Breakfast Ideas You could make some turkey breakfast burritos. Get some lean ground turkey. Reduced sodium taco seasoning. Eggs, Low Fat Cheese and some whole wheat tortillas. If you want to reduce the carbs, They also have low carb wraps and tortillas. Maybe some super hot salsa too. Probably a little high in sodium, but you're trying to mix it up a little.
I make a pound at a time, just refrigerate them and heat'em up in the morning.

I add both red/kidney and black beans to it and some diced tomatoes and use chili seasoning because the taco ones are a little high in sodium, and they taste very salty.. I get a lot of foot traffic (kids, friends, sister) so its convenient for me and them..
