Does anyone have any suggestions for an online (preferably free) service that calculates the calories of my foods. I am really trying ot nail down my calories and training.

you will have to tailor it to your foods but very good program

Just ask me!!! I can tell you the calorie count of most unprocessed foods. Ok, thats not practical so I'll give you a big help so you can learn them all for yourself.

Enter a food item and select the food group.

Maybe I misunderstood what you meant before. Here's a calorie counter I made in excel. there is a master sheet you can duplicate (right click on it, select move/copy, check create duplicate, then you can rename them). I've left one page will some entries so you can see how it works and how it auto totals. So long as you dont mess up the formulas I've imput, it will auto calculate for you. The pages are formated for single page printing if you print them out, though I never do that. I created this years back to get accurate running totals of intake as entries are updated.
