just google it or search this site there are lots of topics on it. Basically: 5 min warm up (jogging, eliptical, bike, stationary, ect....) then its 4 intervals to start or 30 secs hard as u can go then 30 seconds cool down slow pace. then repeat the above 3 more times. then a 5 min cool down. thats it...

awesome. a couple things im not clear on. what do u mean bout the 4 interval thing? 4 intervals of what? and u say for the warm up, it can be done on an ellipctial,bike etc; not just actual running. can the HIIT be done on an elliptical too? thx! |
