If you are 200 lbs or over, I would load with 30 grams per day for 5 days and use a maintanence dose of 15 g. 175-199 lbs: load with 25g and maintanence with 10 g IMO creatine is good for increasing size and strength but it might bloat you. Everybody responds differently. Some guys say that they stay looking just as lean but in my experience, I smoothed out and held subcutaneous water. Last edited by BRICK; 12-15-2005 at 05:04 PM. |
