The villan with milk is lactose, a sugar. You might try substituting Carb Down drinks. I can stomach the Chocolate 2% Carb Down. It has extra protein and calcium with no lactose. I only drink it after I've eaten something. Cheese has lactose also sooo. Try Lean Pockets Ultra's. 24 grams of protein low carbs and fat per serving(Mostly 2 servings are filling about $2.50 for 2 servings). They're a good source of fiber. Morningstar Veggie burgers(Grillers Original) are cheap and have a fair amount of protein(15 grams per burger), some good fats 6 grams total(Monosaturated and polyunsaturated), low in carbs 5 grams total, but 2 of those are fiber, so its 3 grams carbs net. Whole grain bread in moderation.

i'm almost positive cheese doesn't contain lactose. i could be wrong, but i was under the impression that since lactose is a sugar and cheese has no carbs at all, (at least the cheese i buy), that it's great for cutting and has no sugar or lactose.
