I did that for three or more weeks and then when I noticed I was not in shape I started getting serious. In any event, you're correct. Just grab what I did last year and then go from there.
I was just trying to get an idea of how many carbs many start with. I was thinking of starting with around 250 to 300 grams per day for the first three weeks and then drop that to 200 grams six days a week and bumping it up one day out of a week. |
