 dieting help
Im trying to cut up on a low fat diet,im takin winstrol,I was wondering if it is ok to have wheat bread for carbs I dont like cuttin carbs but I want to get ripped,sometimes i just feel guilty for eating bread.im not eating dairy or much fruit if any,just protein and carbs.
