Ephedra and coffee for EC

I just got some ephedra super caps from D&E Pharm. I don't have any caffiene pills, so can I just take it with coffee? There's around 170mg of caffiene in a cup of coffee, so a cup and a half would give me something like 250+/-mg of caffiene.

Does anyone else do this or do you recommend the caffiene pills? Also, should I throw in some asprin or isn't it really needed?

I have taken 200mg of caffeine and 25 mg of ephedrine together.I have taken it 40 minutes before I workout ONLY in the am.
It truly "hyped" me up.If your takeing it to lose weight you might want to stay away from it at night because you wont sleep.
The aspirin is not needed at all. If you never mixed the 2 before go very light on the caffeine because the combo untill you get used to it can be to much for some.
I took the caffeine pill only because it takes about the same amount of time to kick in as the ephedrine(stronger than ephedra) and both worked at the same time. Which is what I wanted.

Ofcourse you can just take the ephedra wait a bit than drink coffee which kicks in faster than the caffeine pill. Again though the aspirin isnt needed at all in my own opinion.

go to the drugstore and get some vivarin or no doze-it has 200 mg of caffeine-perfect for ec

IMO, coffee is not a good source of caffeine. Levels can vary 50% or more, so there is little consistency. Go buy some regular caffeine pills. I get mine at Kmart, as the Jet Alert brand is much cheaper than No-Doz or another known brand.
