Can the ephedrine HCI that is sold for a nasal decongestant (or something of that nature) be used in an ECA stack?

Ephedrine HCl is ephedrine HCl regardless of what the box is marketed for. Most people will find it being sold as a decongestant or asthma medicine. So yes, you can use it in an EC stack.

what are good dosages for the drugs in an ECA stack? Ive never used this stack before, do the recomended dosages of each need to be decreased when all 3 are used? Also, what do yall recomend for a good source of caffeine, i was thinking of using some regular ol hydroxycut, or no doz

I wouldn't add aspirin. as for the caffeine, most supp. stores carry straight up 200mg caffeine pills

I would use caffeine pills in order to be sure of your dosing.

jd, the standard dosing is 200mg caffeine and 25mg ephedrine, leave out the aspirin. Add in 1000mg tyrosine.

ok i ordered ephedrine HCI, caffeine, fish oil and tyrosine from bulknutrition. I was suprised as to how cheap every thing was. Im gonna take 25mg E 200mg C and 500mg T. I am also putting my girlfriend on the same stack, should I lower the dosages for her? She is 5'1 105lbs

Dosages are the same for women. If youve never used ephedrine before, I would start at 1 or no more than 2 doses per day, and no closer than 8 hours before bedtime. Youll probably experience some minor side effects like jitteriness, but those will go away after a week or two.

With your stack....do you suggest that be taken twice a day max (morning and mid day)......also do you suggest cycling it, or taking it ED for a specific duration? Your tyrosine is listed @ 1000mg, is that daily or per dose? Also curious what the max dose of ephedrine is per day....any help would be great!! Thanks

I would take the first dose right after some morning food, and the 2nd dose around lunchtime.

1000mg tyrosine per dose.
