Skip the aspirin. You will still get good results.

How close is Ephedrine HCl to the actual ephedrine we all used to love?

Ephidrine cloride is the refined chemical that is the active ingredient in ephedra.

The real ECA stack patented is 20mg Ephedrine HCL, 200mg Caffine, 300mg Asprin.

So I use
1 25mg Ephedrine tab from 1fast400, if you look around some forign places have 20mg tabs.
1 200mg Vivrin Tab of caffine
1 325 mg tab of asprin

Works great. Asprin helps with cramps, and sore muscles caused by the ephedrine. Don't use too long because of the asprin though. BTW studies show that Asprin by itself burns fat just slightly, and it helps a shit load with ECA at least that is what the studies show.

The aspirin is actually for blood thinning and proper platelet aggregation so that the ephedrine and caffeine can better pass through your blood working more effectively.

Studies are inconclusive with aspirin. Some show it improves the effects of EC and other studies show no difference. Personally, I wont use aspirin at all, whether its with EC or just as a regular pain killer.

Studies aren't inconclusive to the blood thinning and platelet aggregation of aspirin. Aspirin is a member of a family of chemicals called salicylates. Aspirin contains salicin (part of salicylates) which is then converted to salicylic acid which is then used to treat swelling. But the problem with these chemicals was that they upset the user's stomach fairly badly. In fact, some people had bleeding in their digestive tracts from the high doses of these chemicals needed to control pain and swelling. It wasn't until German chemist Felix Hoffmann converted to a better form of pain medication called acetylsalicylic acid (ASA). It was later changed to the name aspirin. So studies have proven true since fifth century B.C.

Ok, you totally missed my point about aspirin. Let me phrase it this way so youll get it...studies are inconclusive (or divided) over the effectiveness of aspirin when combined with ephedrine and caffine, for purposes of fat loss.

There doesn't even really need to be any studies. It's common sense. The thinner and more permeable, the more a product can quickly assimilate and become more effective rather than in a think blood stream.

But thats not the case, based on studies and anecdotal evidence.

I personally use asprin in 150mg does (half tab) cause he really helps with sore muscles I get when using ehpedrine. Anyone else notice an all around body ache when using ephedrine. Like I want to stretch every 10min, and muscles just ache.

It doesn't make sense though that it would be any different. It would defy any laws of human biology and make up. I would love to see scientific data supporting your theory.

Dude, learn how to quote someone so that the rest of us know who you are responding to.

I can look up some of the stuff tomorrow or Wed. when Ive got some more time. If aspirin does provide any metabolic benefit, then it probably tops out at maybe .25 pounds of extra fat loss per month. Big whoopdie freakin do.
