I'm tired of chocolate and vanilla.....whats are the recipies you all recommend to spice up those shakes. If you can break down the calories, pro, carbs and fat would be helpfull. Thanks.

you should specify what type you're looking for. low carb? high fat? mrp or pwo type?

mrp, i mix up to one can of coconut milk, a handfull of berries, some raw eggs or whey protein, and stevia, sometimes some cocoa powder. blend with hand blender right in the shaker bottle and drink. frozen berries and or refridgerated coconut milk makes it a bit better, you might add ice if you like that.

bananas and strawberries are really good added to vanilla protein, or chocolate really.

raspberries are good in anything, and good for you. same with any berry really.
