Exclamation Good diet for cutting?

Hi,

I'm looking for some suggestions on a good diet for cutting purposes... Long story short... I used to be a college athelete in my early 20's and had a pretty good physique too... got hurt... ballooned up to 305lbs at 5'9" by age 28. I've been working my way down over the last year. I'm down to 250lbs, lifting Weights 3 times a week, and taking cardio Kickboxing classes 3 to 5 times a week as well. For much of the last year I've survived on 1200 to 1800 calories a day, cheating every now and then... but I've hit a plateau now. I haven't lost weight in about 3 months... but I am getting bigger and losing fat... that I know... I want to get on a stricter diet and get opinions for the experts here...
As far as supplements... I'm taking ECA about 3 times a day, very low dose of Winny, and Muscle Milk RTD after workouts...

Thanks....

I like to keep this simple.

High protein 1.5-2g of protein/lb. of bodyweight, high healthy fats (from various oils), and keep carbs trace (all sources from vegetables at every meal, and only keep fast digesting carbs before and after workouts). Keep lifting weights and try a different form of cardio such as sled dragging, bodyweight circuits, etc.
