I need a website, that shows the nutritional contents of all foods, or possiblyafile someone has? Also, does anyone have a link to a good printable workout sheet and diet keeper sheet

try (in order of my preference):

www.nal.usda.gov/fnic/foodcomp/search/,
www.nutritiondata.com,
www.fitday.com,
www.calorieking.com/food

Also, considering I saw your other post about your diet, you might want to check out:

www.glycemicindex.com to adjust the 'types' of carbs your getting, and
www.calorie-counters.net if you prefer to stay with the fast-food.

damn these things are hard to navigate... if i wanted just a list of foods, their serving size, calories, protein, carbs, and sat/unsat fat, which of these sites and which links would i go to?

If you're looking for the basics, my best advice is to read the labels of what you're eating. Write them down for easy reference because odds are that you'll be eating those same foods again in the near future. Nearly all foods that come in a package contain the basic macro info you're looking for. You can use the sites I listed for foods that don't have labels (ie: fresh meats, cheeses, etc.) They're actually pretty easy to use if you take a few minutes to feel them through.
