Default Healthy Eats

Hey guys.
In general, i eat pretty good, and take vitamins etc.
I workout with free weights 4-5 times a week, and play ice hockey and ball hockey 3 times a week.
(just a quick summary about me)
now my questions:
a) i eat moderatley healthy; as in i dont drink pop or eat candy/chips etc; but i need some alternatives to what iuve been eating.
Every morning i have Corn Flakes, or somethin similar; sometimes Oatmeal
Lunch i have a nice big sandwhich, and juice etc.
and dinner i have steak or chicken.

i am gettin tired of this and would like for some of you to share some healthy breakfast recipes, etc. oh and protein shakes (somethin that can work with vanilla powder )

like i dont no too much, and im not a good cook.
anyone no any healthy french toast recipes or somethin

thanks guys!

I like to make omelettes every once in a while. Get yourself some egg substitute and some regular eggs. You'll need some lowfat cheese - I like shredded lowfat cheddar. Also some sweet onions, sliced mushrooms and green pepper. Finally a couple of slices of stone ground whole wheat toast and a little lowfat cream cheese.

Saute the vegies in a nonstick skillet. Set aside. Combine the egg mixture and put into a heated skillet. When it begins to harden, add the vegies and put the cheese on top. Flip the edge over to create an omelette. Cut in half and put 1/2 over 1 slice toast with lowfat cream cheese and the other 1/2 on the other piece of toast with cream cheese. I wouldn't eat this every day as it's not the ideal bodybuilding meal, but I like it several times a week.

On other days, I'm usually not very hungry for breakfast. I use a scoop of Champion Nutrition's Chocolate Pure Whey with 2 cups of Nonfat Milk. I then have that with about 150 calories of unsalted almonds or a Tablespoon of UDO's choice 3-6-9 liquid EFA's. Simple, but an effective 450 calorie protein packed meal replacement.
